These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the M-Optic website (m-optic.com) and the M-Optic mobile application. By accessing or using either platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. M-Optic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our platforms constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. About M-Optic

M-Optic is an eyewear company registered and operating in the Kingdom of Cambodia with 8 branches across the country. We operate the website m-optic.com and the M-Optic mobile application for the purpose of showcasing products, providing customer information, and offering services to our members. These Terms apply to both platforms.

All content on our website and mobile application, including text, images, logos, graphics, product photographs, and design elements, is the property of M-Optic or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or use any content from our platforms without prior written permission from M-Optic.

When using our platforms, you agree not to:

• Use our platforms for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems, servers, or databases
• Upload, transmit, or share any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or malicious content
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from our platforms
• Interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of our website or application

Our platforms are provided for personal, non-commercial use only in accordance with these Terms.

6. Contact Form

The contact form on our website is provided solely for submitting genuine inquiries about our products and services. We reserve the right to decline or disregard inquiries that violate these Terms or appear to be submitted in bad faith. We will endeavour to respond to all legitimate inquiries within a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific response period.

7. AR Try-On Feature

The AR glasses try-on feature is provided as a convenience tool to help you visualise eyewear. The virtual try-on is a simulation only and may not accurately represent how a product will look or fit in person. M-Optic makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of the AR representation. All facial data processed by this feature is handled entirely on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how camera and facial data is handled.

8. Membership and Loyalty Programme

The M-Optic loyalty programme is available to customers who have made a purchase at any M-Optic branch. Loyalty points are managed in our internal system by M-Optic staff. Points are non-transferable, carry no cash value, and may be subject to expiry or changes to the programme at the discretion of M-Optic without prior notice. Eye refraction records displayed in the app are entered by M-Optic staff for your personal reference only and do not constitute a medical prescription.

9. Product Information and Pricing

We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing displayed on our platforms are accurate and up to date. However, M-Optic does not warrant that all content is free from errors. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Stock levels displayed on our platforms may not reflect real-time availability at individual branch locations.

10. Warranty

All M-Optic eyewear products purchased at our branches are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against material and production defects from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow care instructions. To make a warranty claim, please visit any M-Optic branch with your original proof of purchase.

11. Disclaimers

Our website and mobile application are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, M-Optic disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our platforms will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, M-Optic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or mobile application. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity, even if M-Optic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our platforms may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram. These links are provided for your convenience only. M-Optic exercises no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, practices, or privacy policies of any third-party sites. Your access to and use of third-party platforms is entirely at your own risk.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, including the Law on E-Commerce (2019) and the Consumer Protection Law (2019). Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of our platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
